Vacuum and removal processes that result in lower cost to customer
Our VecLoader units can remove cement, coal, ash, dirt, spent abrasive, dust, sand, stone, water and slurry, and most flowable bulk materials and liquids. It also makes anthracite filter media, sand, and charcoal cleaning/removal a breeze, as these materials can be difficult to handle inside water treatment and sewage treatment plants.
Our staff is experienced in manual removal, as well as machine-assisted removal. In some cases, conveyors are used to safely and efficiently remove dirt and sludge from difficult to reach places.
At Specialized Vacuum Services, we are constantly working on methods to offer value to our customers. One of our basic practices is our disposal process. A lot of our competitors truck their debris to off-site disposal areas, requiring them to leave the site, and interrupt the vacuum process. Our process entails disposing of your debris into movable waste disposal bins.
The advantages of this process are:
- Vacuum service personnel can remain on-site until the job is complete, improving time efficiency.
- Disposal/tipping fees are less costly than driver service wages to continually drive each load off-site for disposal
- Little/no interruption to clean-up/vacuum process
- Gathered efficiencies = LESS COST TO CUSTOMER!!
